We were contracted by the client to transform the inside of this this well built brick veneer home to accomadate their growing family by converting a large lounge / dining room into 1 bedroom, a games room and a formal dining area by building and plastering new internal walls to turn the existing 3 bedroom home into a 4 bedroom and games room or study with out an extension to the existing home. A kitchen and laundry renovation along with new solid timber floors installed through out the passage way, kitchen, lounge room and dining room to modernise the dated Greensborough home.
Existing solid timber kitchen before demolition.
Existing stainless steel appliances to be kept for the use in the new renovated kitchen.
Non structural internal walls will be removed to create an open plan kitchen, meals and lounge room area.

Kitchen island bench with waterfall caeser stone ends.
Existing large lounge room to be converted into a formal dining room, extra bedroom and a games or study room.
Plastered walls to create the new rooms, rose cornice skirting and architraves to match the existing features of the home.
