This kitchen, bathroom, laundry and toilet renovation on a Reservoir Californian bungalow home was completed by Melbourne builders Mastercraft Construction in 2014. All plans, and engineering for a larger opening between the meals and lounge room were supplied to us by the client, we obtained a building permit for the structural alterations to the home before the demolition and construction began on the Reservoir home located in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
Existing meals area with an aluminium window to be removed and replaced with timber French doors.
Old kitchen before demolition, all floor tiling, built in pantry and arch over oven is to be removed.
Installation of timber lintel for a larger opening between the lounge and kitchen areas.
Kitchen has been stripped out, walls made good with new plaster, timber flooring sanded with 1 coat of polish.
Kitchen cabinets installed, tiled splash back ready for installation of plumbing fixtures and appliances.
Completed kitchen renovation with vinyl wrap colonial style doors, laminex solid timber look bench tops and stainless steel appliances. A modern style kitchen renovation for a traditional Californian bungalow in Melbourne.
