Owners Glenn & Ariane approached Mastercraft Construction with their own architectural plans for an extension to the rear of this classic cream clinker brick, terracotta tiled roof 1950’s Heidleberg Heights home.
The plans included a large family room to the rear of the home, 4th bedroom, outdoor alfresco entertainment area with timber decking, full rebuild of the existing bathroom and laundry, and renovation works to the existing garage including a new roof.

Excavation, and strip footings have been poured.
Solid red brick base to match the existing home, concrete stumps are in ready for the timber floor to go down.
Timber frame is up, ready for the terracotta roof tiles to go on.
Timber subfloor ready for merbau decking to be laid.
Outdoor alfresco at the rear of the extension.
Lounge room with natural gas fire place for heating, vic ash flooring, decorative cornice and paint work to match the existing home.
New bathroom renovation with floor to ceiling wall tiles, frameless shower for a modern look.
Bathroom vanity and shaving cabinet.
